Jared Leto is an actor, director, musician, and entrepreneur best known for his powerful performances as a method actor and for his alt-rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars. Between his acting and music careers, Leto has been nominated for 119 awards and won 68.
Leto’s moving performance as the transgender AIDS patient Rayon in Jean-Marc Vallée’s "Dallas Buyers Club" opposite Matthew McConaughey earned him the Award for Best Supporting Actor from the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, SAG, and a host of other associations.
Leto most recently starred as The Joker in the 2016 Warner Bros film "Suicide Squad," Niander Wallace in 2017 sci-fi film "Blade Runner 2029," and as Nick Lowell in 2018 Netflix crime thriller "The Outsider."

In addition to his career as an award-winning actor and musician, Jared is also a successful tech investor.
