Shaun T is a world-renowned health and fitness expert, TV host, motivator, dance choreographer, and the creator of numerous bestselling fitness programs including "Hip Hop Abs," "INSANITY," "FOCUS T25," "INSANITY MAX:30," "CIZE," and most recently, "SHAUN WEEK."

Through his workout programs, personal appearances, fitness podcast "Trust and Believe with Shaun T," and recent self-help memoir "T Is for Transformation," Shaun T is affecting positive lifestyle changes around the world and proving that becoming the best version of yourself is an attainable goal.

Shaun has hosted several primetime TV series including "My Diet Is Better Than Yours" on ABC and "Secret Guide to Fabulous" on LOGO. He shared the stage with Adam Lambert and Val Kilmer in the musical version of the "Ten Commandments," as well as landing roles in "Pippin" and "Applause." Shaun’s television and film credits include Tyler Perry’s "House of Payne," "Six Feet Under," and "Beauty Shop" starring Queen Latifah.

A native of New Jersey, Shaun T received a BS in Sports Science and a minor in Theater and Dance from Rowan University. He’s toured with Mariah Carey, danced with Aaron and Nick Carter, and has choreographed for USTA’s Arthur Ashe Kids Day, the NCAA Final Four Halftime Show, and the hit musical/dance movie "Bring It On: All or Nothing."
