Biography

Winnie Harlow, born Chantelle Brown-Young, is a Canadian fashion model. Winnie has become a highly respected advocate for self-acceptance and has broken boundaries changing the face of fashion and beauty by embracing her autoimmune disorder and skin condition, vitiligo. She gained prominence in 2014 as a contestant on the twenty-first cycle of the U.S. television series America's Next Top Model. Since the TV show, she has walked runways for brands such as Marc Jacobs, Jean Paul Gaultier, Moschino, Prabal Gurung, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach and modeled for Victoria’s Secret, Nike, Fendi, Dior Beauty, KKW Beauty, Zac Posen, Swarovski, Converse, H&M, MAC Cosmetics and Sprite. She has been the face of Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel, Desigual, Byblos, and Steve Madden. Winnie has received "Breakthrough Model of the Year" at Daily Front Row's Fashion Media Awards and Revolve's 2019 "Model of the Year" and "Trailblazer of the Year." She has graced the covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle Magazine, and in 2019 was nominated for Sports Illustrated’s “Swimsuit Rookie of the Year.” Winnie also appeared in Beyoncé’s ground breaking visual album “Lemonade". Winnie Harlow has not only become a prominent model, but is also an active spokesperson for self-esteem that embodies the importance of self-love.
