Heather Rae El Moussa is a luxury real estate expert, model, and actress starring on the hit global Netflix show Selling Sunset and co-hosts the new HGTV docu-series, HGTV’s The Flipping El Moussas alongside her husband Tarek El Moussa. A Southern California native, Heather Rae grew up in the small town of Running Springs, in the San Bernardino mountains of California. Raised on small-town values and a strong relationship with her family, Heather Rae had even bigger aspirations from a very young age to become a model.

After heading to Los Angeles in 2010 to begin her modeling career, in 2014, Heather Rae expanded her professional roster to selling luxury real estate. And in just five years, she quickly made her mark in the real estate world with The Oppenheim Group. As a well-respected realtor, Heather Rae specializes in high-profile and high-net-worth clientele, having worked with celebrities, athletes, and musicians. 

Heather Rae quickly became known for starring on the mega-hit Netflix series Selling Sunset, as one of the elite agents at The Oppenheim Group selling the luxe life to affluent buyers in LA. The show quickly became a top-watched show around the world, hitting #1 in multiple countries with each new season.

In addition to the new season of Selling Sunset, Heather Rae also joined her husband Tarek with his flipping empire on their HGTV docuseries The Flipping El Moussas. In the series, viewers get to follow along with Tarek and Heather Rae’s personal and professional journeys as newlyweds and real estate experts. 

She has also appeared on Tarek’s HGTV show, Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa, which gave viewers a brief look inside their lives on the show.

In March 2023, Heather Rae and Tarek launched Home by THEM, a consciously curated collection of luxury home products that includes hand-poured fragranced candles, plant-based luxurious liquid hand soap, and textiles. As a newly married couple, creating their own “home” Tarek and Heather wanted to share their knowledge and passion for home design by developing a line of products to help others create a beautiful home environment.

When she is not modeling, filming, or showing million-dollar properties, Heather Rae El Moussa’s personal passions of motherhood, health, fitness, beauty, fashion, and animal rights take center stage. As a fitness enthusiast and former Pilates instructor, Heather Rae regularly shares her fitness routines, plant-based diet, and wellness tips with her millions of social media followers. As a dedicated vegan, she is always experimenting and sharing her latest plant-based recipes, and all-natural skincare and cosmetic products.

Heather Rae El Moussa lives in Newport Beach, California with her husband, Tarek, son Tristan and stepchildren, Taylor and Brayden.
