Coach Boucek was born in Nashville, Tennessee, and played for and graduated from the University of Virginia. She had a two-year WNBA and professional playing career, with stops in Cleveland and overseas in Iceland. Prior to coaching in the NBA, Coach Boucek coached in the WNBA for 13 seasons, four of which she was a Head Coach. Coach Boucek has one daughter (Rylie).
