Eddie Munson is an audacious 80’s metalhead who runs The Hellfire Club, Hawkins High’s official D&D club. Hated by those who don’t understand him — and beloved by those who do — Eddie finds himself at the terrifying epicenter of this season’s mystery. The four-time Emmy nominee for Outstanding Drama Series is one of Netflix’s most-watched titles.

Born and bred in London, Screen International Star of Tomorrow, Joseph Quinn graduated from LAMDA in 2015. Shortly after graduating, he landed the role of Arthur Havisham in the BBC series Dickensiana drama set within the fictional realms of Charles Dickens’ acclaimed novels which brought together the most iconic characters as their lives intertwine in 19th-century London. In 2016, Joseph made his theatre debut in Deathwatch at the Print Room. The play followed the story of two prisoners and a condemned man who vie for dominion of their cell. 2017 saw Joseph take a lead role in Wish List at the Royal Court Theatre opposite Erin Doherty. Joseph starred as one of two siblings coping with benefit cuts, zero-hour contracts, and OCD. The Independent praised Joseph for his “meticulous, dignified portrayal of the character’s routines”. Following this, Joseph starred in the critically acclaimed Mosquitoes written by Lucy Kirkwood and directed by Rufus Norris at the National Theatre’s Dorfman Theatre alongside Olivia Colman and Olivia Williams.

Joseph starred as Leonard Bast in BBC One’s Howards End alongside Hayley Atwell and Matthew Macfadyen. The drama series explored the social and class divisions in early 20th-century England across the intersection of three families – the wealthy Wilcoxes, the idealistic Schlegels, and the lower-middle-class Basts. The series was based on E.M. Forster’s 1910 novel and adapted by Kenneth Lonergan. “Lonergan agrees that the up-and-coming actor Joseph Quinn is especially good as Bast. ‘He’s got this real combination of strength, resentment, fairness and dignity,’ he says.” – Sunday Times Culture. Howards End was met with critical acclaim and received a BAFTA TV nomination for Best Mini Series. Joseph played the French revolutionary leader, Enjolras in the BBC One adaptation of Les Misérables, alongside an all-star cast including; Lily Collins, Josh O’Connor, Olivia Colman, David Oyelowo and Dominic West. The series followed Victor Hugo’s classic novel and was hailed a “rich feast” by the Guardian and “a haunting, unforgettable journey” by Collider. Following this, Joseph starred opposite Oscar-winner Dame Helen Mirren in the Sky Original/HBO series, Catherine The Great. The four-part historical drama tells the story of the tumultuous monarch and politician who ruled the Russian empire and transformed its place in the world in the 18th century. Joseph played Catherine’s son, Prince Paul.

Joseph was seen in the debut feature from acclaimed filmmaker Claire Oakley, Make Up. A riveting psycho-sexual drama in which nothing is quite what it seems. The film was featured in the BFI, BBC Films and Film4 “Great 8” event at Cannes. The film premiered at the 2019 BFI London Film Festival. Robbie Collins (The Telegraph) gave the film a 5* review and said, “This sexy, eerie Cornish creeper is the British film of 2020 so far." TimeOut also rated the film 5* and hailed it as "One of the best British films of the year”.
