Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt is a New York Times bestselling author, advocate, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and host of BDA Baby (Before, During and After Baby).

As a passionate animal advocate, Katherine works as an Ambassador for Best Friends Animal Society and the ASPCA, lending her time, voice, and energy to spread awareness about animal rescue. She is also a Global Ambassador for Special Olympics.

Shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic was announced, Katherine launched a weekly Instagram Live series called BDA Baby, in which she discussed a variety of topics surrounding pregnancy, sex, partner relationships, birth experiences, fertility challenges, health and wellness, and so much more, with notable guests and experts. Today, BDA Baby can be found on YouTube and anywhere you listen to podcasts.

Katherine currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband, two daughters, son, and stepson.
