Lisa Vanderpump is a businesswoman, TV personality, author, and executive producer of the wildly successful Vanderpump Rules, which introduced a rebooted cast for its 12th season. She and her husband Ken Todd have been entrenched in the restaurant and nightclub industry since they started their partnership over 30 years ago. It premiered at the LA Awareness Festival and won the Audience Award. She was thanked on the congressional floor for her aid in helping pass House Resolution 401, a formal condemnation of the dog meat trade by the US.
She is a steadfast advocate for the LGBTQ community, is a spokesperson for GLAAD, and received the Ally Leadership Award from Equality California. She has conducted fundraising for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and led the 30th Annual AIDS Walk Los Angeles.
In 2015, she was named Monarch of the Krewe of Orpheus Mardi Gras celebration, addressed the United Nations Concert for the Ebola effort, and was recognized by the State of California Assembly as "Woman of the Year."
She hails from London, England. She and Ken have been married for over 40 years and have two children, Pandora and Max. They reside in Beverly Hills with their miniature pony, dogs, swans, and a variety of other animals.
