    Biography

Shydeia Caldwell is a healer, writer, and teacher helping people uncover, rediscover and embrace their roots through ancestral lineage healing traditions and education. At Black Girl Magik, Shydeia uses technology to help Black women enhance and deepen their individual power with wellness, sisterhood, and ancestral healing at its core. Her work has helped thousands of people around the world reconnect to their authenticity, origin, and purpose.

Shydeia's practice is a response to her own journey of unlearning and remembering. Beyond her individual quest, she clears the shadow of history that has blurred society’s relationship to ancestral connection and healing.
